Connections Housing does not own or operate the hotels providing accommodations.

3. Reservations

Hotel reservations are subject to the following conditions:

• Hotel availability
• Event housing policies
• Hotel cancellation terms
• Contracted event room blocks

The hotel ultimately provides the accommodation services.

4. Payment

Reservation payment policies may vary by event and hotel.

Payments may be processed by the hotel, authorized payment processors, or event housing arrangements defined by the event organizer.

5. Reservation Modifications and Cancellations

Reservation changes and cancellations are governed by the following:

Failure to cancel within permitted timeframes may result in charges imposed by the hotel.
